The all yarn basket is made in two parts. The first part is the basket base which we dedicated two blog post for that. Follow the links below to learn how to make a basket base that is suitable for your level.

Stitches and Techniques


For advance crocheters these techniques are more familiar.


- The knit stitch.



- Invisible round start.



- Invisible fasten off.




Pattern


Once you finish with your base, it's time to make the second part which is the basket body.


Round one: for the advance base, attach the yarn in any stitch of the stitches circled in the image or watch the video below and make 1sc all around. Finish the round with an invisible round end.




For the beginners base, attach the yarn in any stitch of the stitches circled in the image or watch the video below and make 1sc all around. Finish the round with an invisible round end.




Round Two - Nine: one knit sc all around. Finish the round with an invisible round end except for round the final round (round nine) finish with an invisible fasten off.


NOTE: you can reduce or increase the number of the body rounds to your preference.


The finial step left is the basket edge. Make one slip stitch all around the final round and finish with an invisible fasten off. Hide the tail and your basket is ready!
